Hi Connie, we are sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with our support team. We'd like to follow up on this matter. Can you please send us your company name and an alternate email to best reach you?

Customer support has too many silos and tickets get forwarded, new tickets get issued, no central database for customer to look at open tickets for status. I SEE YOUR REPLY BUT HOW DOES ONE RESPOND AND SEND AN EMAIL (THEY AREN'T ALLOWED IN THE REVIEW)?

The Customer Support agents are always professional, courteous, and communicate well. But the red tape within the company to get tickets escalated or resolved in a timely manner is terrible. Different teams to do not talk to each other beyond updating the same ticket that always seems to have a status of "Being worked on" but not concrete updates for customers. We are looking to switch POS systems to something less limited and more user-friendly.

unklare Einzahlung am Recycler, ziemlich lange Bearbeitungszeit, Fall konnte leider nicht geklärt werden

Extremely challenging! Escalation teams not available to resolve on weekends, waiting for responses and having to call back for status. maybe my issues were unique, but it seemed like a lot of passing around my concerns. I am old fashioned and like having someone responsible to follow up with techs, etc to see issues are corrected and communicate with me. Not for get a different tech each time, and they don't have an answer? Many could fix immediate simple issues, but trying to install new hdwr, sftwr, CC processing, and service seemed it had everyone discombobulated. And I feel the Acct Exec or Service Rep should have been MORE involved. I am certain your organization has a shortage of staff to handle the amount of expansion that must be taking place, but passing Customers around in circles is NOT a respectable solution.

The tool doesn't have the option to install a shortcut for users to work from their own computers and they have always to connect to the server were Aloha installed.
