I received my order and even though I haven't had a chance to try it yet everything is there.

I purchased a Vision Aid Magnifiying Glass Set and am thrilled with it. I was getting regular updates on its progress then things went quiet so I sent in an enquiry which was responded to immediately. Shortly afterwards my parcel arrived. The quality of the product is fantastic and it has made threading my sewing needles a dream! I can highly reccomend this company for its quality product and its excellent service.

Good communication and easy to order, good delivery despite global delivery delays. Happy with purchase and really useful for detailed work.

There was a little confusion with my order as I had ordered a carry case separate from the headset and magnifiers. As I had received a carry case with the headset, but my tracking app still showed the case as shipped but not here, I contacted customer service to see what had happened. They were very kind and explained that the case was included with the headset and the shippers just didn't update the shipping order. This was a great experience and I now have a great product that will definitely help me with my crafting.

This company is very communicative about shipping status. The magnifier was beautifully packaged. It’s great for Diamond Painting. I’m able to see the fine detail with ease. Can be used either with or without eyeglasses.

I received the item. I was defective. I reached out to the company for a replacement. It’s been over a month and still I do not have what I paid for. They ignored my emails until I left negative feedback. Go figure. I’m. Be returning this item whenever I get it. Total junk
