The traditional mortgage process is broken. Buyers want a transparent, organized, and digital-first home loan experience. Instead, most lenders don’t offer visibility into basic questions like “What do I need to qualify?” or “Will I keep the same home loan rate by the end of this process?” At Neat, we aim to solve this mortgage mess, so we built a home financing company for the client first. Our platform allows home financing to happen in real-time, in a one-session process for greater speed and certainty.

Had an opportunity to work with a very dedicated and caring loan officer, Isabela, who was always available to answer questions and help anyway possible. I have no hesitation to recommend Isabela to anyone in need of loan services. Keep up the good job Isabela.

I normally don't do references and must confess that my early experience with Neat Loans was not up to expectations. All that changed once Emma Grunwald, Cassie Phillips & Magdalena Boone took over!! Magdalena in a thoroughly professional manner, stuck to the job to the end and made sure it got finished!

Closing a refi loan with Isabela and Neat Loans was smooth and easy. Any questions were answered in a timely manner and at all times I felt like I was in good hands. Applying for a loan is never fun, but the process with Neat was really easy, painless, and the results were great. Thanks!
