The last chair I got like 5 years ago was more comfortable and was bigger then the chair I got this time with MAXNOMIC and I tried to order the chair that would be the biggest. That being said this new chair is not bad.

I felt like I could get this product on Amazon for a similar price in 2 days (rather than 5- and yes I should only count 'business days' but you know who doesn't- Amazon). Also using SHOP to track the shipment..... it's 2026 folks- Do better. All that aside from it being a Maxnomic chair- I'm not a big guy, that metal base should have never needed replacing.

I like the new handles ,except the right side must be old stock because the left side is smooth all the way around the bottom where the right side bottom edges are very sharp like the one's that came on it, which were to me not quality built, I would like to have a replacement for the right side but I have already over spent over $600.00 dollars invested, I am a Disabled Vietnam Vet with very little income so if you can help it would be Great thank you have a Blessed day.

A chair this expensive should be bullet proof. Arm rests wiggle back and forth and there is 1 inch of play in the chair when it is locked. Best part about this chair is how high it sits but not sure if it is worth the price vs a SecretLabs chair.

With 10+ years of experience in the gaming and office chair market as one of the top brands we want to make sure that the assembly experience is just as good as the chair quality. We are also getting feedback stating the assembly is very easy. At this point we just gather as much feedback as possible, so that we can make changes if necessary in the future.
