Went in to sell an old family engagement set to fund the purchase of my own ring. Spoke with Jake who was extremely helpful and informative. Jake noticed an inconsistency in the paperwork I had with the stone and brought it to my attention. While it wasn't the greatest news, Jake was super pleasant and was never condescending. Jake walked me through the process and made me a reasonable offer. Rather than trying to force me into it, Jake gave me a list of a few other places to try where I might get a better offer! I wound up taking the stone to the place that did the initial appraisal years ago and got a better price (due to the issue Jake pointed out). Fantastic experience and informed staff. I'll be using Jake's expertise from now on!

Nelson Coleman Jewelers NEVER disappoints! My husband has been coming here since he worked with the staff at Nelson Coleman to design my engagement ring. Time and time again they have worked with my husband to find timeless and romantic pieces of jewelry for any occasion. This is coming from a girl who likes to keep my everyday styling simple and typically does not wear a lot of jewelry. Thank you for your very specialized care and attention to detail!

Excellent “personal” service. The representatives are just genuinely nice. From the purchase of a good pair of earrings for a Christmas gift to the repair of an very inexpensive sentimental piece these lovely people treat you like family. Oh, did I mention their gorgeous merchandise and outstanding repair department, where I have spent a bit of time. This is a gem of a shop.

Excellent experience from walking in the door to picking up the jewelry I purchased . Staff is friendly and professional. Susie was so accommodating . The store has beautiful jewelry that is unique . I didn’t feel pressured to buy . The family friendly atmosphere is so comfortable .
