I cannot recommend this team enough. I came to them with a problem with my PC not starting up, and after trying to trouble shoot over the phone to save me some money and time, I was set up with a repair guy, a plan, and a timeline. He kept in contact the entire process from start to finish, gave me regular updates, and my PC (precious child) has come back to me working better than new. They keep high quality parts on hand to do repairs and everything is priced incredibly well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I recently had some major laptop issues that were interfering with everything I would attempt to use, I mean everything. I needed it completely scrubbed. I called Nerdy Ape and Jay made the trip out to my house the same day, with a very reasonable estimate! He made quick work of the scrub and continued to physically clean the inside of my laptop without charging me! Great service I highly recommend!

Review: I recently had the pleasure of working with Jay, a highly skilled computer technician, for a custom PC build tailored specifically for my deep learning projects. From the very start, Jay demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise and commitment to creating a machine that would not only meet but exceed my expectations. Consultation & Customization: Jay provided detailed recommendations for the CPU, GPU, memory, and storage options that would best suit my tasks. His knowledge of the latest hardware and how it aligns with deep learning workloads was impressive. Build Quality: The build quality of the PC is top-notch. Jay has an evident attention to detail, ensuring that every component is securely installed and optimized for performance and cooling efficiency. The cable management is meticulous, which not only makes the interior look clean but also improves airflow—a critical aspect for maintaining performance during intensive computing tasks. Performance: Performance-wise, the PC is a powerhouse. The benchmarks Jay conducted post-build showed that the system is fully equipped to handle complex neural networks and large datasets without a hitch. The GPU and CPU synergy, along with fast SSDs, provide quick data throughput, which is essential in reducing model training times. Support & Communication: Throughout the entire process, Jay was incredibly communicative. He kept me updated on the build's progress and was always available to answer any questions I had. After the build was complete, Jay took the time to walk me through the setup and offered advice on maintaining the system for optimal performance. Overall Experience: Jay's dedication to his craft and the needs of his clients is evident in the quality of his work. He went above and beyond to ensure that the PC build was not just another assembly, but a fine-tuned machine ready to tackle advanced deep learning tasks. I highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a custom PC build, especially if you're in the realm of Gaming, AI and deep learning. His service is a rare blend of technical acumen and customer service excellence. Thank you, Jay, for a job exceptionally well done!

Joshua made me experience very enjoyable. Great support and very reliable with building me a PC!

I can't express the MOST AWESOME experience I've had with the help I've received from NAG & I'm not even a business customer (yet). I was in a late to start building a new gaming PC for my daughter's 2022 Christmas gift. I didn't know what I was doing so I started calling around on Friday 2/23/22 to get help with at cable part x2 that I thought I "needed" to finish this before Christmas morning. Jay was the only friendly one in Lafayette that I was able to get in touch with via phone. I didn't buy anything from him yet he ended up troubleshooting my issues only via phone & a few pics I emailed him! I had this PC build done & up & running perfectly by early Christmas Eve...only about 32 hours after first phone contact with them. Jay did all of this help on the holiday weekend during his time with family & all the things most Americans experience during the major holidays...especially Christmas. He called me on his own initiative to ask how things went & seemed genuinely helpful. He asked if I could send pics of the end product to see what I was able to finish for my daughter for her Christmas. He asked nothing of me by the way of buying anything & said he was happy to help & make sure that I was able to give my daughter this gift on our Christmas morning. Truly amazing & I was able to get this build done despite I had never done this before. Now I'm empowered with the knowledge & confidence that I can build a second one probably with no issues. I plan to do just that hopefully soon. It's good to know you can count on certain folks to help you out in a real bind with apparent real concern. This is a great way to earn people's business! A big salute to Nerdy Ape Gaming! Thanks, again!
