The lactation consultants are friendly and courteous. I would recommend Nest Collaborative if you may be struggling on your breastfeeding journey in order to gain helpful insights and actionable tips/tricks to make things better.

Experience with provider was very positive, the experience with Nest leaves a lot to be desired, especially for someone who is far along in their pregnancy. The too many reminders sent in absolutely every form: call, email, text. My second appointment I received a phone call confirmation at 6:44am because my time zone was listed incorrectly, even though that wasn't the case the first time and even though I'd submitted feedback after the first session. Decided to not continue participating via this company to avoid needless stress.

If this was for my consultant (Karen) and the customer support alone, I would give this 5 stars and more. I just finished my experience with Nest at 14 months and it was great! Karen went above and beyond to provide objective evidence-based support and consistency throughout a what can be mentally weighing experience. The customer support (i.e. appointment management) was also extremely responsive and empathetic, letting me cancel last-minute when I was feeling extremely unwell. Only disclaimer I would mention is that, in the beginning of my experience before I saw Karen consistently, I was shuffled between consultants, one of whom was using very guilt-invoking and somewhat accusatory language at a time when I was very emotionally vulnerable.
