It’s the best coffee replacement for me - no coffee breath and for the price ! It’s like $0.50 for half a cup of coffee or $1 for the same amount of caffeine as a Red Bull! Try it on their website or amazon

Hey Ryan, Thanks so much for sharing this! We love that it’s become your go-to coffee replacement. No coffee breath, same caffeine boost, and at a fraction of the price. Can’t beat that combo! -Frances

The website is horrible. Constaintly making you offers for products you don't want. Navigating to checkout is painful. product availability is sketchy often not available. I just want to buy a pack of gum, not a new car.

I ordered Neuro Gum’s “Extra Strength Energy & Focus™ Gum” because the product listing says “Sugar/Aspartame Free, Derived from natural flavors & monk fruit.” That’s flat-out misleading — the gum contains sucralose, an artificial sweetener, which wasn’t disclosed alongside those claims and there's no visible ingredient panel on the product page for neuro extra strength gum (when you scroll down that page, besides them not listing the ingredients anywhere there in writing or on the package pictures, further down it says: Patented Formula Our patented formula gives you the optimal ratio of natural caffeine and L-theanine to give you optimal, balanced energy to fuel your day without the jitters or crash.* Enhanced Bioavailability Our patented cold-compression technology allows for each ingredient to maintain it’s full bioavailability for optimized absorption & potency! Natural Caffeine Each piece contains 100mg of natural caffeine derived from green coffee beans, giving you full control of your daily caffeine intake. Fresh, Clean Energy Thanks to natural caffeine and the adaptogen L-theanine. Cognitive Support Vitamin B6 & B12 support brain function and help boost serotonin to help regulate mood and stress.* Vegan Friendly Made with all vegan ingredients. Sugar/Aspartame Free Derived from natural flavors and monk fruit.) This omission is intentional, not accidental. I have documented health reactions to sucralose, so this misrepresentation is more than misleading—it’s dangerous. When I asked for a full refund under “Not as Described,” they admitted sucralose is present but still insisted on charging handling fees—despite it being their error, not mine. This is deceptive advertising and poor customer service. Don’t rely solely on their marketing copy. Buyer beware.

Hi Theresa, We’re really sorry for the experience you had and completely understand how important it is to know exactly what’s in a product, especially when it affects your health. Our Extra Strength Energy & Focus Gum does have a small amount of sucralose, and we see how that should’ve been clearer on the product page. We’ve shared your feedback with our team so we can work on making the ingredients list more visible, as we’re always looking for ways to improve. Over the years, we’ve tested more than 20 different sweetener options, but found that a tiny amount of sucralose (derived from natural sucrose) gave the most consistent taste, without affecting insulin levels, calories, or safety. Still, we know everyone’s needs and preferences are different, which is why we also offer a sucralose-free Energy & Focus Mint at Whole Foods. As for your orders, we’ve gone ahead and waived the handling fee and processed a full refund back to your original payment method. You should see it reflected shortly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can improve how we communicate our ingredients and help customers make the best choice for themselves. -Frances

Still on the fence with Neurogum. I've had it for about a week. Chewing a couple of pieces in the afternoon instead of drinking coffee. I'm just chewing it like gum not keeping it between my cheek and gum (which I'm not sure if that's what you're supposed to do). I'd say the flavor is fine. I also *think* I'm feeling less caffeine cravings in terms of feeling less energy drag... but can't say that I feel any change in mental clarity or anything that feels like a BOOST in energy. I'm wondering if I should be chewing more at once or more often? I'm going to keep using it but honestly not feeling the mental clarity, energy or other effects I was hoping for.

Hey Luke, Thanks for giving Neuro a shot and sharing your honest thoughts. For the best experience, simply chew like regular gum. There's no need to hold it in your cheek. However, we recommend chewing for about 5–10 minutes to help the ingredients absorb effectively. In terms of effects, everyone’s sensitivity to caffeine and nootropics can vary. Some people notice a boost right away, while for others it’s more subtle and builds over time. You might experiment with taking 2 pieces at once, especially if you’re used to higher amounts of caffeine, and see how that feels. We really appreciate you sticking with it and would love to hear how it goes after a bit more time. If you have more questions or want tailored suggestions, just let us know we’re here to help. -Frances

Hi there! Thanks for giving our product a try. We’re sorry to hear it didn’t do the trick for you. Everyone’s body responds a little differently, and while some folks feel the effects right away, we understand it’s not the same for everyone. We totally get wanting a non-medication option, and we wish this one had hit the mark for you. If you'd be open to it, we’d love to take a closer look at your order and help make things right. First time I ordered, the delivery went well. Second time I ordered (bigger order), they did not deliver. After 3 emails, I got an answer. In my account the package was still on it’s way, but customer support told me, it was delivered……. Sounds sketchy to me… Gum works great, delivery and customer support is very bad!!!

This gum is one of the worst things I've never tasted. I can't describe how bad it tastes. I've taken it for the past few days and honestly I prefer just drinking a coffee, it’s an interesting product and maybe for others but if you have sensitive taste buds probably not for you. I wish it had been better but it’s really awful to taste and try. Had a friend try it as well with me and they agreed it was impossible to chew for more than 2-3 minutes. Edit: I submitted my details to Neuro and received no information or communication at all. I believe they just say these things in comments but don’t act. If I could give a worse rating I would

Hello Ryan, We’re sorry to hear this and we appreciate you giving our product a try even if it didn’t hit the mark for you or your friend. Taste is definitely subjective, and we totally get that it might not be for everyone especially if you have a more sensitive palate. We’ve worked hard to balance functionality with flavor, but we know that not every flavor works for every person. If you're open to it, we'd love to look into your order and see how we can make this right. Feel free to reply to the info request we sent on Trustpilot or email us directly at [email protected]. -Frances
