Academy of Neuro-Shine TechnologyReviews of neuroshinetechnology.com

After looking through so many options, I am very grateful to have chosen Neuroshine Technology for my coaching education. I appreciated the variety of methods that were introduced which gave so much more depth to coaching. Dr Shiny is a gifted educator. There was a lot of material to cover and she kept my attention the entire time through her wisdom and passion. It's very obvious she cares deeply about helping individuals learn and grow to make an impact in the world. I was lucky to be amongst an incredible peer group from all over the world.

My experience as a student at Neuro-Shine Technology™ has been deeply transformative and insightful. Throughout the program, I gained a stronger understanding of human behavior, mindset, communication, and self-awareness, while also learning practical coaching and NLP-based tools that can create meaningful change in people’s lives. One of the most valuable parts of the experience was learning how powerful listening, reflection, and perspective shifts can be. The program challenged me to grow both personally and professionally, and helped me develop greater emotional awareness, confidence, and clarity in the way I communicate with others. Overall, my experience at Neuro-Shine Technology™ has been incredibly enriching, and I’m grateful for the knowledge, support, and personal growth I gained throughout the journey.

I recently completed Shiny’s Neuro Shine Technology (NST) NLP and coaching program, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Her content is a powerful synthesis of advanced ICF-level coaching methodologies, leadership insights, and practical transformation tools. What truly sets Shiny apart is her contagious energy, clarity, and authenticity. She has a unique ability to frame what matters most and guide people toward meaningful personal growth with purpose and intention. The digital library, Zoom recordings, and breakout room discussions created an engaging and highly supportive learning experience. Beyond the curriculum itself, the sense of community and connection with like-minded individuals was incredibly valuable. If you are seeking greater clarity, stronger engagement in life, and a supportive environment for personal and professional growth, NST is absolutely the right place to be. Highly recommended.

I recently completed the ICF Level 1 training with Neuro-Shine Technology and it was exactly what I needed to build a solid foundation for my coaching journey. I appreciated that the program infused NLP principles alongside the ICF framework, which added a really rich layer to the learning experience. My mentor trainer Kate showed up fully on every live call, held the space with genuine care, and was always available for questions, her willingness to be a practice client each week was truly invaluable. Shiny's passion pours through every library video and that energy made the entire learning experience engaging and inspiring. I'm grateful for the strong ICF foundation this program has given me to step into my coaching career with confidence and clarity. I also loved the opportunity to connect with peer coaches from around the globe, it added a genuine sense of community to the learning experience that I truly valued. My biggest takeaway has been discovering how deeply aligned I am with the ICF Core Competencies. I went in thinking it would be theory I needed to get through, to it ending up being my absolute favourite part of the entire program. The ICF framework is a philosophy that resonates with me on every level; the way each competency builds on the next, the emphasis on truly holding space for the client, and the clarity it brings to how a coaching conversation unfolds. Rather than feeling restricted by the framework, I felt empowered, like I finally had a roadmap for facilitating powerful transformations without needing to have all the answers.

The entire experience was very positive. I loved all of the information, the discussions, and the practice. There were tons of resources provided and lots of opportunities to connect with the people in my cohort and within the entire community.

I came to Neuro-Shine Technology™ as an experienced coach, and I left transformed, not just in my practice, but in how I think about what's possible for the leaders I work with. The offering is comprehensive: the iOS app, lifetime access to the Dr. Shiny AI digital library, 12 months of unlimited Zoom class attendance, and an original NLP Certificate from Dr. Richard Bandler himself. I completed both Level 1 and Level 2 in intimate cohorts, which meant real depth, real connection, and real learning, not a production-line certification experience. Dr. Shiny teaches at MCC level, and it shows. Her frameworks are sophisticated, practical, and directly applicable to coaching and building a coaching business. She has built something genuinely future-forward: an AI-powered business school, personal branding training, and marketing classes designed specifically for coaches, high-tech, modern, and built for where the profession is heading. I have since joined the Neuro-Shine Technology™ global faculty. We are international change-makers working at the intersection of transformation and innovation, mind and heart, logic and magic, where science, strategy, and soul come together. If you are a conscious, enlightened, and transformational leader who is genuinely curious about growth across ten powerful disciplines synthesized as Neuro-Shine Technology, I recommend this without hesitation.

Working with Dr. Shiny and experiencing Neuro-Shine Technology™ has been far beyond a learning journey. It has been a powerful shift in how I think, perceive, and lead. What makes this experience truly exceptional is not only the depth of the methodology, but the precision with which it helps you see what was previously invisible. Patterns, assumptions, internal narratives… all become clear, structured, and actionable. As someone who has spent over two decades in education, communication, and professional development, I can say this with confidence: Neuro-Shine Technology™ does not offer surface-level insight. It builds real awareness. The kind that changes how you make decisions, how you communicate, and how you show up in complex environments. Dr. Shiny creates a space that is both intellectually rigorous and deeply human. You are challenged, supported, and seen at the same time. That balance is rare. This journey has strengthened my clarity, sharpened my thinking, and expanded my capacity to work with people at a much deeper level. If you are serious about growth, leadership, and understanding the mechanics behind your own thinking, this is not just a program. It is a transformation. Tuba KIZILKAN

I didn’t join the Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology (NST) just to gain another qualification — I joined at a point where I wanted my work, my leadership, and my inner world to truly align. What I found was something far deeper than a coaching programme. NST weaves neuroscience, NLP, emotional intelligence, quantum physics, and consciousness into the Neuro-Shine Technology framework in a way that is both grounded and transformative. The learning didn’t just sharpen my skills — it changed how I communicate, how I regulate my energy, and how I lead myself and others. Most importantly, it helped me build a quiet, embodied confidence — the kind that comes from genuinely trusting yourself. What made the biggest difference for me was the environment. The intimate cohorts, the global Shiny Minds peer coaching community, and the depth of the digital learning experience created a space where growth felt both supported and challenging in the best possible way. Shiny’s vision, integrity, and level of excellence are felt throughout the academy. The teaching is MCC-level, ethically grounded, and deeply human. Learning alongside Fortune 100 leaders, therapists, and international change-makers expanded my perspective far beyond coaching techniques. Going through the programme, I developed a stronger sense of self-trust and confidence — not just as a coach, but as a leader and as a person. NST didn’t just give me tools — it strengthened who I am. I’m genuinely grateful for the impact it’s had on my life.
