NewbeedroneReviews of newbeedrone.com

Newbeedrone review... I depend on reviews. I will create a negative review if I feel the vendor deserves it. I bought several products from Newbeedrone: quadcopters, batteries, goggle parts and several flight controllers. I’ve come to believe this is a good company. They ship promptly from within the US so that delivery time is reasonable but equally important, their support is prompt. The Lionbee long range drone is an interesting implementation using the 18650 commonly available battery. The Lionbee has relatively long flight times and great range using the built-in ExpressLRS receiver. If there is to be a criticism, it would be of the stock camera but this is easily replaced. Any issues I’ve had with Newbeedrone products have been addressed promptly and fairly. When I am in the market for FPV equipment, I turn to Newbeedrone first. I’m posting this experience in multiple places because Newbeedrone has been thorough and fair.

This company is a joke. Ordered a mipi cable on Shopify, nothing about pre order, or out of stock. Then after countless emails, they say it was out of stock. Granted the order was placed at like 4am Friday morning. Saturday I get a message saying they’re seeing when they can get it out. Monday, owner calls and is like well you ordered a pre-order item. (Which is a blatant lie). Then says they communicated with me Friday and Saturday, (another blatant lie, only heard from someone Saturday. Monday, get a call saying they just got a shipment in, it’s boxed up ready to go. I say so ship it. They create a shipping label, it’s now Wednesday, still hasn’t shipped. Company is a sham scam.

I ordered six batteries in one of them arrived effective. I have emailed support three times and still receive no response.

Ordered a HS 720-4k drone. Couldn't read the Remote ID number on side of craft. They started to run me around and through hoops for something they couldn't fix. Contacted Holy Stone. The advised me on how to fix the problem. NewBeedrone couldn't or wouldn't do this. Learned another lesson if life. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with NEWBEE DRONE!!!

I can't speak highly enough about Newbeedrone. I had attempted to build a 3.5" quad and really made a disaster of it. For a very reasonable service fee, I mailed it to them and they undid my mess and got it flying again in no time at all. The work they did was beautiful! (I was extremely jealous of their soldering). Beyond that, I sent them a ton of emails asking questions (annoyed the crap out of them), and they entertained each one with prompt, thorough, and respectful replies. Just use them, you will not be disappointed.

Attention, orders aren't arriving. I ordered for €40, but nothing was shipped. I was refunded €20. Scammers. No spare parts available, I have to convert all parts to another frame from another manufacturer after the first small fall Achtung Bestellungen kommen nicht an.

My newbeedrone experience was a disaster. The acrobee75 hdo3 is under powered, the cage/frame are brittle, and the card burns out easily. The acrobee65 showed up with a bad camera. 5 days into the trouble call, they respond. I submitted a video showing it was the camera. They only watched part of the video and insisted it was the card. By this time, I had already soldered a camera to the card. After telling them to watch the video again they realized it was the camera offered to replace it, but as stated I was past that. Told them to bug off. A week later, one of the owners showed up in my email offering a new card and some cheap frames. I told him to bug off too. After a month and a half of arguing with them while being right, it’s going to take more than some cheap frames to get my business back. The actual 65 was fun to fly, but aside from the camera issues, the motor wires rest against a brace which causes faulty connection. It sucks because the savage bee and stinger bee look fun, but I would absolutely hate to put myself in a situation of being at the mercy of newbeedrone customer service department. With that being said, I’ll probably never spend money with them again, and I feel it’s my obligation to warn others.
