The communication has been pretty good. A few missteps, but nothing big. I had wanted them to HOLD sending my meds as I still had a few months left from old prescription, it was already on the way. During the "interview," I said, I had nausea at times. They filled an anti-nausea med for me (it wasn't needed, but it was sent). I wrote and that was taken off on subsequent orders. I am only a few months in, but I've been happy with everything; the meds and the service have been great.

So far I’ve been doing the shots only1 week but the results are working. The instructions were a little confusing don’t know if it was just 50unit or 2.5 units a week
