This is exactly what I was looking for to help lose menopausal weight that will not come off regardless of how much I work out or fast. I play lots of pickleball, go to the gym and the additional weight wouldn’t budge until I started a low dose from New Self. I couldn’t be happier with the three months that have gone by with a weight loss of 8 lbs so far!

Their support is terrible. They use an AI chatbot that does not work well, and when a human reaches out to you, there does not seem to be a way to respond. For example, I received messages in the app from the support team saying "... reply to my email", but there was no email listed in the message, nor an email in my inbox or spam associated with newself. I requested a pause on my subscription, and got this reply (feel free to dox me NewSelf to fix this): "I wanted to follow up regarding your request to pause your subscription. I reviewed your account and can confirm that your next billing date is currently scheduled for December 10, 2026. If you need additional time and would like us to delay your next billing date further, please reply to this email and let us know. We’ll be happy to review your request and assist with the available options. Warm regards, Vania NewSelf Support" But there was no way to contact them, and I was billed $350 on 10/12. When requesting a refund for this billing, I keep getting AI telling me useless info and seemingly no way to talk to a person. One rep did call me, and I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. When I called back, I was placed on hold for 5 minutes, and then the line was abruptly shut off. This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. 0/10 Will be switching to Sprout which also offers the same medication for way cheaper.

Great customer service, I received my shipment quickly, and it works! Ive lost 45 pounds so far, and I never feel queasy or sick. Im getting my life back, and Im so grateful. I tried hard for three years to lose weight, and was never successful, but this worked for me.

This is my second year with newself. It basically like your starting over with a low dosage in the beginning, so you need to be focused on cutting back your food intake. My body is used to the higher dosage, just be mindful and it will work.
