Newself was pretty easy to use at first but this last time when I had a 6 month subscription the last 3 vials were extremely difficult to get. I'm not sure why but I was in contact through test and the portal with support and doctors but it took forever fir a doctor to finally get back to me it was frustrating. It is all figured out now though. Also, when signing up for your next dose for maintenance the doctors never helped me figure out what dosing I would need and they just sent me the dosing I randomly clicked on. I asked them if this dosing would help me maintain but I have not heard back yet. Very frustrating.

Subscribed for 6 months and received my initial 3 month supply of semaglutide. It was supposed to ship overnight, instead it shipped from Florida to NYC by 2 day air on a Friday so it was not delivered until Tuesday, It was packed with two tiny ice packs that were completely melted, so it was room temperature when I received it. Everything I have read from FDA says to refrigerate it. After 10 days of back and forth, it was challenging to reach someone who could actually do anything other than read a script saying they were careful and every thing was ok. They did not seem to have control over when the medicine shipped or how it was packed. I cancelled the subscription and got a refund for the unshipped medicine. I just received the first shipment from my new supplier, the ice packs are more than 10x the size of the ones that the NewSelf pharmacy used.

Well I initially had a significant issue with the product. But support did a good job of dealing with the situation and made it right. I got product that is now working, and the follow up has been good.
