DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BAD SERVICE HOW EVER VERY GOOD AT BILING THE CREDIT CARD

I did receive my prescription with all the info on how to administer my semaglutide injections. I also downloaded the pamphlet that was available. I did increase my protein and my exercise, however; I have not lost but 2 lbs max. Now I'm really depressed.

I joined this company that makes you pay upfront before you order and promote that you can speak to a doctor at any time that their not like other companies that give you the runaround, So I paid 3 months in advance to get the price of $175 they say you pay but that’s only if you pay in advance 3 months or more … So I paid and 4 days have gone by and still no doctor has called me!! I’ve sent 4 text and spoken with the person on the phone number they give which by the way they only answer in business hours same with emails you get a response that the email is unknown even when they respond on the same one so again must be due to business hours!!! Now they say I must okay the order before the doctor will talk to me and I told them they have my money and I want a doctor to speak with so I know what I’m doing !!! They said no so I read back the letter where they said the doctor will call in 25 hours or less !! Guess what still no doctors call so as of this Monday I will have my bank refund me the money I paid! FYI if you now look on google you will see the company is having problems with the government do to shady activities and customer complaints!!! I also noticed that they won’t speak about it!!! I’ll update you after Monday people and also my facebook and instagram people should know… Now trust pilot said they don’t know who I am to send more proof or they will remove my review! To date this company has not had a doctor call me.. they took my order said a doctor will call me in 24 hours it now been 2 weeks no doctor and they shipped my order of Trizepitide without my permission I’ve had contact so many times they say go to my portal and ask for a doctor I did it 3 times on the portal… and they forwarded my request to customer service. Still no doctor call not one! So Trustpilot they have and know who I am and this is a light review I have copies of everything . If you remove this review it’s my right to say what happened so I will bring to attention of the law office I deal with! You can’t infringe on my right of speech!!! Like I said I have proof call and I’ll send it to you as well….

NewSelf charged me for 3 months and sent me 1 months Tirzepatide. I filled out their response form, submitted it and mail stated it was from a fake address. I Wrote to thei Dr and customer service with no responses .

This company is a scam. I tried the 3 month subscription but the medicines did not work. When trying to cancel it, the cancellation window was unworkable to use. I contacted the company to end my subscription and told them not to charge me. They said ok and someone would contact me in 24/48 hours. Then they charged my card. I contacted them I do not want the meds and I want a refund. They said they had to talk to “upper management.” They sent me a message that a cancellation request was made and someone would contact me in 24/48 hours. No one did. This happened over several days without me being able to talk to anyone who could help me. The medication could work but you can’t get the subscription ended whether you want it or not. I went with other companies who try to help you and want you to be satisfied- this isn’t it. BEWARE!!

I went on the site and the first thing was asking me for my credit card info. After I entered it (big mistake) I backed out of the site. I never hit pay! But they charged my card anyway. I called them, emailed them, text messaged and chatted online. I told them I do not want the service and/or medication and I wanted them to reverse the charges. They refused to do so and kept sending me emails and texts daily telling me I need to fill out the medical form. I keep telling them to stop and refund my money. I have disputed the charge with the CC company and documented everything. This is not a reputable company. I believe they fraudulently completed the credit card transaction without my authorization. It's been downhill since them. Scam!!! Also, the FDA has issued this company a WARNING LETTER for false and misleading practices related to their products. It can be found on FDA website!!!!! Here is the 1st page of the warning letter. It was sent via email to their legal department: WARNING LETTER February 20, 2026 NewSelf: This letter is to advise you that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reviewed your website content at the internet address newself...... in December 2025, and has observed that your website offers compounded drug products, including semaglutide and tirzepatide drug products.1 As described below, your website’s false or misleading claims concerning compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products under sections 502(a) and 502(bb) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) [21 U.S.C. §§ 352(a) and 352(bb)], result in products being introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce in violation of section 301(a) of the FDCA [21 U.S.C. § 331(a)]. As to your response, I gave Newself an opportunity to reverse the charges as any reputable company would! Your company acknowledged that I cancelled immediately and wanted the charges reversed. I was then informed that day that my refund was being processed and would take 24-48 hours. Its been over 48 hours. You even kept sending me texts and emails to finish completing a medical questionaire after I clearly stated "NO." So, as to your request that I log back into an account I cancelled, my answer is no. Your "team" has this information. So why don't YOU log in and figure out how to resolve it. Don't mislead people by acting as if you really are interested in resolving it. Your response is clear evidence of your unethical business practices Rather than reverse the charges, which you could easily do, you forced me to go through the dispute process with the credit card company. That tells me everything I need to know about how "seriously" you take these claims. CHRIS!

I ordered in Dec 2025 and received the product quickly. However, it made me sick and didn't curb my appetite at all. I tried taking lower doses but no change. When it was time to ask for a refill, I wanted to talk to a doctor, but there was no way to send a message until I filled out the request, so i filled it out for a lower dose and sent a message to a doctor asking that it not be sent until I talked to a doctor. I also asked that it be filled by a different pharmacy, which their terms say you have the right to do. The app has 2 message routes, customer service and doctors. AI routes 99% of messages in the doctor chat and routes it to customer service instead. No one responded about the medicine making me sick and the low dose refill was sent to me anyway and was from the same pharmacy. The phone number hangs up after a recording. There is NO customer service available at all. This is a scam. I dont think any humans work for this company. I look forward to the AI response I am sure to receive for this complaint.
