I'm only 18 days in and I've lost 8 lbs! I feel great! Only super mild discomfort in the first few days, which I remedied with some extra fiber (chia seeds) in my smoothie. Very happy so far!

The switch from Oh My Meds to New Self was pretty seamless. I appreciated the inclusion of antinauseau medication. I will continue with this company as the value is there.

So far, so good! The doctors have been communicative, the medication arrived quickly, and the price is right! I’m only a few weeks in, and haven’t seen a big drop in weight yet, but I’m hopeful!
