Received medicine quickly. Got approval for prescription quickly. No complaints. Tried another company in the past, did not receive medicine and never was refunded despite several phone calls assuring me I would receive refund.

Enrollment for tirzepatide was very easy. Also, I switched prescription programs and New Self honored that I was already at the top dose. I wasn't required to titrate up again. LuLu
