I received prompt and effective communication. I had a little difficulty finding where a Dr message would be and I kept getting a text that a message was there but there wasn't. I think there was a lag in the message posting. Once I answered the Dr question, everything went along very quickly. I find the pricing very competitive and lower than many. The medication packet that came in the mail was shipped overnight and had everything I was expecting. Instructions were clear. I'm satisfied and plan to continue using Newself.
