Happy experience
I used to get my semaglutide from WW, but they discontinued the compound and only provide Pharma’s medication, which I can’t afford. I joined NewSelf and was happy with their medical staff. They included bloodwork screening and answered my questions. The medication was delivered overnight and came well packaged with complete instructions. I have only been on it for a week but have had no problems. Just in case they even included anti nausea medication.

New self has been great so far ! The process was so easy to sign up & the shipping was overnight once approved. The packing came nice in cold with all the supplies needed and directions. I like that they update you throughout the whole approval process, and tell you when it’s been shipped and give you tracking info. I’ve had slight nausea with the meds but otherwise it’s going well so far. They also gave me a prescription for nausea because I put on my intake form that I would like this. It was much appreciated. I’m excited to continue my journey with new self. And I’ve already referred a friend. You can’t beat the cost!!

Signing up was quick and easy
Signing up was quick and easy. The meds came in just a few days after ordering. I previously ordered meds through a different company & the meds were twice as expensive plus a membership fee. The meds came cold packed & included everything needed to safely administer them.

Same issue as Katie from 10/10. Only syringes and nausea medication. Impossible company to deal with. I have lost my temper and every ounce of faith that this will be resolved. I am giving them until end of day before I get ahold of the better business bureau and any authority I can find that can help get my money back. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We are handling this right now. Unfortunately we have a process for this that is very extensive. It is not as easy as just clicking a button and sending double the dosage (a 3 month supply) I will have someone reach out and ensure it gets taken care of today. Thanks for your patience

I filled out everything before work and had tracking before lunch. The meds arrived earlier than expected, cold and perfect. Dr. Riley Greene dropped a quick line to check in, which felt personal. Prices haven’t moved an inch.
