The process moves quiclky when you talk to a sales person. It is a little difficult to finally talk to someone because you have to go through an AI buffer.

Thank you for your feedback, Jim. We’re glad the process moved quickly once you connected with a team member. We also appreciate your comments about the difficulty of reaching someone through the automated system, as this helps us identify areas where the experience could be smoother. The NewSelf Team

I've been very happy with my results and the process. It's easy to keep up with things, dosage and shipments. I appreciate the reminders every 2 weeks to check in, it's nice to know they are open to feedback and willing to help if anything comes up. I've not had any unwelcomed side effects so I have needed anything. It's just nice to know they are available. I tried the shots locally previously and did not have as much success, so I'm not sure the difference but I'm almost where I want to be and very happy with myself and this process.
