I have used the product for 3 months, with 3 months to go to complete my commitment. I was on Wegovy for 2 moths prior to switching to the same active ingredient at NewSelf . No question that it is way less expensive thru NewSelf and the results were the same. The kits you receive are well packaged and complete but, as my deliveries where in the summer in North Carolina, the ice pack did not deliver the product without exposing it to heat. An extra day in shipping didn't help although this was FedEx's fault. One annoying issue to mention is that 1/2 way though my 6 month plan I was required to pay for the next 6 month or cancel my plan (with delivery of my paid next 3 months still delivered). I am very near my weight loss goal and didn't want to commit to and pay for 6 months more at that time. While canceling I was offered progressively greater discounts to continue and warned that I might not get similar pricing in the future. This seems like a lot of "sales pressure" and an option to renew closer to the end of my initial 6 months would have made more sense.

Thank you, Tom, for sharing your experience. We’re glad you found value in NewSelf and appreciated the complete, well-packaged kits. We understand why the summer delivery conditions and timing of the renewal process would be frustrating, particularly when you were nearing your goal. Your feedback about shipping and renewal flexibility is valuable as we continue improving the overall customer experience. The NewSelf Team

This company is an excellent company. I have never had problems getting in touch with them. They send my medication on time and it is extremely easy to get in touch with the Doctor. In addition, they always ask you about any side effects with the medication. I have already recommended this company to two different people.

This is my 2nd year with this company. The shipping is quick. The product is packaged well. I don’t like that I couldn’t get the New customer discount. I did get a discount but not as much as the New customers. I had to keep asking. Also, the check in surveys are random & I received the same survey a few times even after completing it.

Thank you, Mary, for choosing NewSelf for a second year. We’re glad you’ve been pleased with the quick shipping and secure packaging. We also appreciate your candid feedback about discounts and the repeated check-in surveys. We understand how having to ask multiple times and receiving duplicate surveys could be frustrating, and we’ll share your comments with our team as we look for ways to improve the experience. I’ve been using NewSelf since April, and the entire experience has been exceptional. When researching providers, NewSelf clearly stood out as the best value for money—offering genuinely competitive pricing without the inflated add-ons or hidden fees common with other services. Beyond affordability, the reliability and service quality have been outstanding. Deliveries always arrive properly packaged and on schedule, and the communication is prompt and reassuring. The clinical team checks in regularly, provides clear guidance on dosing and progress, and keeps you informed with helpful updates at every stage. Having anti-nausea medication provided alongside the treatment made a huge difference in managing side effects comfortably and showed a level of proactive care that many services overlook. For anyone seeking dependable guidance, attentive care, and true value for money, NewSelf is well worth it. Genuine review from An Irishman in New York who lost 28lbs and is feeling great
