Better Communication prior to Changes to RX
I have a hard time finding out how o talk to real people when I get on that old struggle bus. I prefer a real person because AI is very difficult. They do provide good service but I wish communication would improve. For example, my RX was changed without knowing why.B12 was replaced and I’m not sure why. No explanation prior to the change nor now. They explained I needed less of this RX but why and not the benefits of the change. I like to know these things.

Raymond really came through for me
Raymond really came through for me, resolving previous problems with the product arriving excessively hot. The new packaging with the large ice block 🧊kept the medicine cold, preserving the integrity of the product. Thanks so very much for your attention to this matter.
