Urtopia EbikeReviews of newurtopia.com

We have two of the Joy bikes and love them! They are fun and easy to ride and they transport well on the back of our motorhome. I recently saw on the website that there is a Joy that now has taller handlebars . I reached out to customer service about getting them for our bikes. Today I got a notice that the new taller handlebars have been shipped. What great customer service and support. Thank you

I recently ordered a rear rack for my Carbon Pro 1, and while I ultimately had to request a return due to not being satisfied with the design, I am incredibly impressed by their outstanding customer service. From the moment I reached out about a return, their team was responsive, empathetic, and professional. They guided me through the return shipping process clearly, and my full refund was processed quickly and without any hassle and they did not require that I return the rack.

First. I love my Urtopia Classic E-bike. It is life changing. I still get a good workout but without depleting myself on hills. Second, I thought I was supposed to get a free rear rack but it wasn’t included. When I contacted Urtopia, they immediately confirmed I should have received the rack —and promptly sent it. The best bike and best customer service.

We purchased 2 bikes the Carbon Fold 2 and the Carbon Fold Step Thru. My Fold 2 came with a few scratches, so I had to send it back. In the meantime I rode my partners Fold Step Thru and I liked it so much I decided I wanted one too! I worked with Reece from customer support through text and email. She was wonderful to deal with and easily arranged the return of my Fold 2, and swapped my order for a second Fold Step Thru. The replacement is on the way now. The service was top notch, and the the communication was great throughout the whole process!

First and foremost, these are awesome bikes! My wife and I own the Fold 2 and the Fold Step-Thru, and we absolutely love them. We’ve been enjoying our weekends riding around the city and exploring the local trail parks. A big thank-you to Reece and Abby for providing excellent customer support. We truly appreciate your help and dedication to making our experience a great one. Keep up the great work! 🚲👏 Adonis & Felomena

We have two Fold STs and taking them everywhere since it even fits into our Toyota Mirai, which has rather small trunk room (1 in trunk and 1 in backseat). When we broke the headlight mount by accident, their support responded immediately. We are extremely happy with the Fold ST and the customer service!

I initially ran into an issue with my order when I accidentally received a small instead of the medium I intended to purchase. I didn't realize the mistake until after I had already assembled the bike, and I was worried about the potential hassle and costs of a return. However, Urtopia’s customer service team was fantastic; they quickly arranged for a free exchange, and the process was handled in just two days. I am incredibly impressed with how they resolved the situation and am so excited for my new bike to arrive!

I bought (Feb 2024) a Urtopia Carbon 1 Pro and have been using it regularly. It's been a great ride, easy to assemble, convenient features (GPS & App). I recently got my charger stolen while it was charging in the bike locker room of my building. I reached out to the Urtopia support and social media teams. They were so helpful!!! Ding from the support team secured my charger and delivered it promptly. The social media team keep me updated. I'm very impressed with the support and highly recommend Urtopia!
