So Happy!
Just got introduced to nys within the last 2 months or so. I've loved all of my fragrances, they always come neatly packaged, shipping is always quick, and I've never had any problems or issues. I will continue to order from this company.

It’s such a shame that you feel that way. I spent a lot of time explaining to you that the promo issue you’re referring to had specific details that needed to be followed in order for it to be utilized. Everyone has to follow the same specifics and because you didn’t read the details shouldn’t be an issue in which you blame me or all of New York Scent for. I’m sorry that you didn’t read the details but it’s really not the end of the world. I’d be happy to include you in the May promo if you wish.
