I've purchased 2 EUC's from another company and had a great experience. Next Gen Mobility was offering the Nosfet Aeon which I purchased. Rob was great at answering my emails quickly and answering all of my questions. I did have an issue with the charger which Rob took care of with lightning-fast speed. Needless to say, in this day and age... GREAT customer service sometimes lack... BUT Rob made the whole transaction seemless... AND the after sale issue was corrected super fast! Rob went above and beyond. I'd easily recommend Next Gen Mobility to friends. I know I'd use them again on another purchase!! LOVE my new Nosfet Aeon!

Rob went above and beyond to make things right when part of my order was missing. He quickly arranged for the replacement part to be shipped directly from China, issued a partial refund without me asking, and kept me informed throughout the process.
