Prior to enlisting the help of Ngage my law firm was getting about 6 SEO leads/month on our website. Thanks to the ability for the clients to actually talke with someone (Ngage) -- we have doubled our retained SEO clients!!! Service paid for itself for the whole year after our first client signup.

Our firm uses ngage and we landed a case that netted $4.1 million through their software. They have always been responsive and seem to have a leg up on their competitors with respect to conversion data. I recommend them highly.

Thank you Chris. It is heartening to hear that your firm was able to help that individual. We will continue to convert as many of these opportunities as possible for your firm. Thank you!

Service works as advertised, a rarity these days. Customer service is top-notch. This is the only chat service we use, and we use it on all of our websites and landing pages. Very cost-effective too. It's quite surprising given how bad Martindale's other product Nolo is that Ngage would be so great, but they definitely got it right with this one!

Thank you for sharing, we are glad Ngage has worked out for you! The other Martindale services can be a different fit depending on the practice. We appreciate working with you.

I'm so grateful to the Ngage team for all the help they have assisted our law firm throughout the years, especially during the pandemic. They were very accommodating to our need for Spanish speakers and have made it possible to communicate with anyone that needs to speak to us 24/7. If the partners at our firm weren't a believer in the value of our website and virtual communication before the pandemic, they sure are believers now! Thank you!
