Software purchases needing support staff installations on PC's are not available 10 days after the purchase in my case! An upfront disclosure of procedures would be great! What's is the idea of purchasing something and not being able to use for 10 days. Secondly, when you call and leave a message on the support hotline, no one answers or calls you back!

Very responsive, focused on isolating problem and getting my indicator functioning. Was able to resolve quickly and efficiently. Did a desktop share as well which is a lot more effective than just sending over screen shots.

I purchased a second machine license on Thursday and have not received intructions. I was hoping to review it over the weekend but you are closed. Your indicators are the best but service could tighten up a bit.
