I have been super happy with Robot Lab and am very impressed with the way they deliver the product. Not only is there a free installtion, where they actually install the Robot Lab on your machine, but there are all the live education classes, that helped me to get comfortable with everything in a matter of weeks. And I m not a technical guy ( ask my wife:-)). I have the systems running now for 3 month, and I m already up two digits in my account. What you need to understand before yo ustart, there will be a lot of losing days, and you need to be ok with that. They make money over the long run and in the 3 month I have been using them, they steadily grew my account withput me doing anything, other then making sure they are tunred on. thank you very much to Christian, Craig, Kenny and the entire Robot Lab team.

Hello Christopher, Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with Robot Lab! We're delighted to hear that our free installation service and live educational classes have helped you get comfortable with the system quickly, especially as you've mentioned not being very technical. It's great to know that your account has seen significant growth over the past three months. You've highlighted an important aspect of our system – understanding the nature of trading, where there are ups and downs but focusing on long-term gains. Your acknowledgement of our team, including Christian, Craig, Kenny, and everyone at Robot Lab, is much appreciated. We're here to support your continued success!

It took 4 days to resolve something that could have been handled with a 5 minute phone call and is still unresolved in my mind. I am still wondering why I was charged $397.00 for a Fast track membership that I paid $1997.00 for on September 29, 2023 and will I have to go through this again in three months? or am I still a member since I was refunded the $397.00 that started this? or what is going on? This is still unresolved in my mind.

Hello Robert, Maybe this platform isn't the right place to address your subscription status with us. You did sign up for our Quarterly Fast Track Membership start of September of this year. Then you went ahead and bought a 1 Year Fast Track membership end of September of this year. You did not cancel the quarterly subscription and that's why you got charged, but we cancelled and refunded your $397 charge and cancelled your quarterly subscription for you. Right now you are in our 1 year Fast Track membership subscription which will end next year September. I hope that answers your questions.
