They sell you a bot or many bots, but in the end the bots do not produce for you

Hi Eric! We appreciate your feedback, and we genuinely regret to learn about your experience. Upon a thorough review of your interactions with our help desk, we couldn't locate a record of a Robot Lab purchase in our system. It seems that you've submitted around 8 tickets over the past 5 years. Effective communication is essential for addressing any concerns, and we're committed to achieving that. If there are any specific issues we might have overlooked, please feel free to reach out to our support team. Thanks!

The Ninjacators team is always quick to respond and very helpful. I appreciate this very much in an age where it's hard to deal with a real human to solve issues in many other companies.
