Order took weeks to arrive. Size L items are smaller than the same products in size L (and even the size M) that I've been buying for years. Then charged me £12 for returns shipping, despite advertising on the home page "Free UK returns". Feel like I'm being gaslit by customer services when I questioned this.

Good shoes TERRIBLE customer service. A pair of trainers took well over two months to come - no one responded to any of my emails about where they were. They should rebrand ‘no f*cks” Cause they have none when it comes to customers!!! I’m loathe to buy anymore of their shoes after the last experience.

Bonjour, j'ai effectuer une commande sur le site nobullproject.com et à ce jour mon colis à été livré une mauvaise adresse. Je tente en vain de contacter le service d'aide indiqué via cette adresse service @ornatey.com" mais je recois à chaque fois un message me disant que le message n'a pas pu etre envoyé... Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà été confronté à cela ou connait il une autre adresse à contacter?

Worst experience ever. 2 orders were lost, and no satisfying answer or explanation is given… the items you ordered 2 months ago are not in stock anymore so they can’t send them back. You have to reach out to them via instagram to have a chance at getting refunded. Do not buy from them, they are all about showing off on social media and they do not care at all about their consumers.

I'm sure the shoe would be great, but I got the wrong shoe in the correct box with the correct back up laces, which is weird. Customer service handed me off to 3 different people, a different person with each response I sent to their questions, although they were all equally polite. 1 of 3 said the shoes were out of stock, when the website at this moment says they're in stock. All 3 gave me form responses, and by the time they offered a refund I felt like I was going to end up with no refund and no shoes, so I just kept the wrong shoes because I was starting to get scammy vibes and I didn't trust they'd follow through on the refund. I got another email from a different company I've never heard of to track the return. I was afraid I'd be talking to 5 more customer service people trying to get the refund, none of them knowing what was going on. At least the shoes I got are something. They seem ok, the quality's fine, but not super comfy considering I was looking for something to do more high impact workouts in. If you get the right shoes and don't have to talk to anybody, you're probably good to order from Nobull, but it's an expensive gamble.

Clothes might be good/OK, customer service really bad. Can't understand a big company with bad customer service in such a competitive industry.......

Ordered items over 2 weeks ago only after checkout, your told items on back order, nothing received even now, no response to email. Won’t be ordering from them again

Unbelievably awful customer service. I ordered some things and paid for them to be expedited, but their website and customer service fail to tell you that before they'll expedite shipping (which isn't really a thing for them) they will take 8-10 DAYS to process an order. I reached out via email then chat and they were just copying and pasting answers...likely not even a real person.
