I want to thank David Miller for assisting me with my speed issue (t-mobile) as well as explaining the different service options I had for my account. I have excellent speed now and my cost is less. David was very patient and has great communication skills. He is an asset for your company. Bravo David!!

So many things were wrong with this service. I got the nomad air internet modem. Used it for a month and it took a long time to connect and had terrible service when it did. The website still looks new and theres extra add that feel unnecessary. I had a hard time with support, emails were no good, calling the number is useless and text seems to be the only way to get an answer back from anyone. I canceled service and returned the modem but was still charged the monthly fee the week after and support is not responding. I tried this service because it advertised connecting in rural areas and I needed internet I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn't have. Maybe in a few years when they've worked on their support and connection abilities they'll be better but right now I'm very disappointed.

Mark Wood was very considerate and helpful. I cannot yet say much for the other support staff and the final result is yet to be determined.

I chatted with Sam Fash to install a dual SIM OMNI card. That was simple enough. But the online documentation about the Omni dual program is severely lacking and it requires purchase of an additional network plan so it doubles the cost of the access. Sam explained all of this to me. I ended up not going with the Omni dual program at this time and then Sam helped me get the original SIM card to working again. Sam answered all my questions and was polite and helpful.
