Have been trying to cancel service for 3 weeks. I keep getting the run around and being told I need to generate a label to return my equipment before they can stop service….only to get to a page that says “generating your return label” for literally hours. (I’ve tried multiple times for a different outcome). The only alternative they give to cancel service is to pay $200 for the modem I have. SCAM!

I received a modem that was not working, and I continued to be charged after trying to cancel service multiple times. It has been months since I've used the service, and I just was waiting on a shipping label in order to return the modem. Olivia was a big help in assisting me get a shipping label and helping get my refund for the months I was charged when not utilizing service.
