I was shut off for no reason bill was paid . Not able to contact for 3 weeks no service and they billed 139.00 dollars . 3 weeks later I get a email my service is working , it is not working and then I get notified of refund to the wrong bank

Sam fash is the only one that fixed my problem. No one would give me answers and I was ready to find another Internet provider.

Unable to contact this company to cancel through Phone, Chat, or Ticket on Portal. Chargeback through bank is only recourse

Absolutely no customer service, over billed on a monthly basis, and all that just to deal with crappy internet service. Finally had to dispute all the charges that Nomad illegally took from my checking account. Save yourself a ton of grief by avoiding Nomad internet at all costs.

they don't answer emails, they dont answer chats, their phone system has been down. I cannot even cancel the service. A scam company

If I were able to give it zero stars I would. Typical to other reviews found online, Nomad started off great. The service became sketchy as time has gone on. Nomad has continued to "improve" services via a much higher cost to the customer but with no real changes to performance. I have had an ongoing billing issue and have been due a $99 refund for the purchase of a modem last year that now nomad switched their agreement to charging a monthly $25 fee for. We were sent an email stating that the up-front cost we paid would be credited to the account. It has not been at this time; over 6 months later. I have made a dozen attempts to contact Nomad to resolve this issue. When I did get someone to chat, with me in December, after stating the issue the rep would ago AWOL and not return to the chat. Happened 3 times. Now nomad has a new customer portal and ticket system. I have posted 4 tickets and have yet to have any contact back. STAY AWAY from this company. Starlink would be your best bet. I am still going to fight for my $99 credit up to going to court over it because I am now on mission to expose this fraud of a company.

Well now why they have been sued by the Attorney General in Texas. Complete waste. Horrible service. Re-Selling Verizon business plans at 70% higher cost. I switched from HomeFi (Even more crappier than nomad) thinking would be better fit as satellite was a no go because we have trees. Had starlink, And well that was a waste 0 signal or so little did not work. Wasted of $450 there. Finally a friend said to try our steadfast communications. I ordered it with low expectations and boy was i wrong. Had it almost 7 months and game changer. We can stream, surf, have 4 cameras hooked up and my kiddo can finally game without the complaining. My only regret is that I did not try it sooner. Lesson learned

I've been using Nomad for a year and a half, and the first year was great...simple, reliable service and billing...very straight forward. Since they decided to start changing everything last fall, my billing has been a total nightmare. I have to contact them EVERY month because they charge me incorrectly. I paid for a year ahead in November 2024 due to a special they had, and I totally regret it. Every single month I get charge for something, even though I have a credit on my account of over $100 due to over billing. I don't know what changed, but the ONLY reason I'm still with them is because I paid ahead and don't really want the hassle of trying to get a refund if I cancel. Now, as to the service itself, I have used it in my home as well as on my rural property, and have never had any issues with the speed or connection. I am a power user and generally use anywhere from 600 - 800 GB per month. That being said, it is NOT worth the billing hassle, especially with other services that are now available .
