Love it, 3/4 of my cats love it. -1/2 a star because it’ unaffordable to buy portions for all my cats to eat every day. And, they want more variety than two flavors. -1/2 a star for the chicken being too chunky so I have to cut it up to be mores edible.

Good product. Unfortunately the food starts piling up in my freezer because my dog seems getting tired of it. I would love to see more different recipes

I can tell that the food quality is really good and if this were the winter time I probably would love this service. However, I did the trial during the summer and When the box arrived the food was so warm that I sent an email to see if I should feed it to my dog and was told to throw it away and they would send another box. When the second box came I had the same issue. There was a lot of wasted packaging plus the delivery driving time for me to literally just throw 10 packets of dog food into the trash. I would be worried about using the service in the summer and not knowing if I’m going to be able to feed my dog if the food comes spoiled. For that reason I have requested a refund for what I paid for the trial and I’m not going to move forward. I think there’s a lot of potential but I’m not sure that there is an easy way around delivery issues in the 90° heat. Such a bummer. Update after company comment below: I did not ask or receive another shipment. I was refunded for my sample. Clearly the person responding was not aware of my Communications with the company at all and just wrote something as a response to this review.

Hi Kelli. Thank you for sharing your experience. In an effort to be extra cautious, we proactively added additional dry ice to your delivery before it left our facility this week and will be doing so for the foreseeable future. Even with a one day delay, we are optimistic that your delivery will arrive in good condition — appropriately packaged and cool to the touch. If your delivery arrives and that is not the case, please let us know right away and we will provide you a replacement delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our shipping partner is experiencing some difficulties due to COVID-19. Please know we are working tirelessly to ensure that this is not a frequent occurrence and are actively exploring alternative shipping options. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], we are always happy to help.

My dog, Finley loves Nom Nom. He is excited to have it every meal and eats every bite. His coat and skin are healthy and shiny. His allergies have seemed to have gotten much better - nearly gone!

I absolutely love feeding NomNom to my dog and best friend, Dyson. He loves the yummy food and I’ve seen significant improvements in his coat and digestion. We will continue to support this company and share NomNom with our social media following.

Received a 4 week shipment today that was sent without any ice. On an 80 degree day you can imagine how warm the food was. I called customer service who expressed concern, however I cannot get another delivery for 8 days! That is ridiculous! They have no supply on hand to send? I think it's time to end this program.
