Very responsive and helpful!

Interaction with staff. Ease of using the website and the food.

The food arrives ahead of need. The pup likes everything but the turkey and rice.

Good communication to allow for getting packages as needed. They solicit feedback before each shipment to allow for changes, or to get questions answered. Our two dogs are very happy with the food

Very easy to use, always comes frozen, but most important our god LOVES it!

I like the chunky food, it works well for my frenchie who has a problem with mushier food.?

My dog loves your food; my only complaint is that I wish the food containers were more user friendly -- sometimes difficult to get food out of its package.

you are responsive to your customers....only suggestion is the packages are a bit difficult to peel open
