The last shipment we received came not frozen. It was cold but we are nervous that the food is not good. We put half of it in the freezer and the rest in the refrigerator. I don't know why it came only somewhat cold. I am just nervous that we should not give our dogs the food. Now what?

My dogs love their Nom Nom food. You should establish some sort of Rubber Band Recycle program….such a waste to throw out those rubber bands!

Sent us food for cats instead of for dogs! Custom service did not provide a solution and we had to cancel because we cannot trust this company anymore. Eating cat food is bad for dog's liver and kidney. This is a serious mistake. Buyers beware.

I HAVE A VERY PICKY 12 YEAR OLD YORKIE EATER. I HAVE TRIED EVRY TYPE/BRAND OF FOOD FOR HIM. HE LOVES HIS NOM NOM.

Decided to try it. Was told to use the pork "transition" meals first. Our dog has been sick with this food with vomiting and diarrhea. Both vomit and diarrhea contains the potatoes in the pork food. We're not sure if the potatoes weren't cooked all the way but he hasn't had any issues eating some boiled potatoes we have made in the past. Fearful of trying the other meals, we ordered the turkey and the beef because he is allergic to chicken. Will see how he does over the next few days before trying the other two protein choices and update the review in case the pork caused an issue for him.

My cats love this food, most of the time. Sometimes they go off of it for no reason. However, it is dry and what comes out the other end is dry. I’ve tried adding a little water or broth but then they won’t touch it. Please advise.

My dog loves the food, but unfortunately their attention to detail and customer service isn’t the best. They send you pre measured portions, but just to be safe we measured the food ourselves and every single one is usually off, and not just by a few grams, usually by way too much for me to feel safe trusting the package. Customer service sent us the same copy and pasted reply twice and essentially said that they will all be off by a little, not addressing the large amount missing from most our meals that went beyond the range of error. It’s unfortunate that this is an issue because our pup really enjoys meal time. I hope they up their game in quality control because trust is important when paying more money to try and keep your dog healthy.
