Scam. Wouldnt even give them one star. Ring didn’t work and neither did the app

Their sizing guide is either inaccurate or their website has issues changing selected sizes. The ring I received is so big I literally can’t wear it because I could fit 2 fingers in it. I contacted them expecting a simple exchange and instead they want me to buy the ring again. First they offered 30% credit, then 50%, and told me to keep the ring like they’re doing me a favour. I also paid an extra £11 for their “lifetime warranty” which apparently means nothing because they still won’t replace an unusable ring. They have had the cheek to frame the 50% credit as "substantial compensation" that would save me “cost and risk of an international return”. I had absolutely no idea I was buying a cheap Chinese product that would need returned to China if there was a problem. Had that been made clear when I ordered, I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. Their international returns are their problem, not mine, especially when the issue is caused by them. So basically, wrong sizing sent, no proper exchange, warranty not honoured, and their solution is for the customer to pay for the product twice and frame it as a favour. Avoid.

Produkt ist günstig und leider merkt man das auch. Dropshipping aus China, damit dauert der Versand schon mal sehr lange. Ring wirkt leider auch nicht sehr hochwertig. Mein eigentlicher Grund für meine Unzufriedenheit ist aber eher wie mit dem Wunsch um Rückgabe umgegangen wird: hier wird nämlich einfach nur diskutiert, statt eine Lösung zu suchen oder die Rückgabe einfach zu akzeptieren. Ob ich den Ring wieder zurückgeben kann und wohin ich ihn schicken darf, weiß ich immernoch nicht und das obwohl ich mich in der gesetzlichen Widerspruchsfrist gemeldet habe.
