One star is to good. Ordered 1 bottle of Corevalin. On the back of that order I was billed for 3 more bottles a total of £149. Two hours after I ordered I realised I had been charged for 3 more that I did not order at £109.95 I cancelled the order was told they will look into it and the next day was told cannot be cancelled already sent out. Tried PAYPAL to get my money and they ruled in this scam favour. Once I got the bottles. Did as they wanted Posted it backat my expense of £18.00 with insurance and completed their returns form giving the postal details as requested on their website. The package was stuck in Netherlands customs from 30th September as they were trying to communicate with Nordicalab. I emailed the supplier that the customs wants to speak to them. They did nothing. Yesterday Royal Mail informed me the package is coming back to me. Nordicalabs reply to me today was to try to ask Royal mail if it can be redelivered. They are trying every scam not to return the money. In touch with PAYPAL again to check if they can do anything. This company is a scam company lots of reviews on Trust Pilot about this happening to several other people. Answer to your reply. You have replied but the facts seem a bit distorted. I only ordered one bottle with with one free at £39.97. I was sent three more at a cost of £109.95. I did not order the second lot it was piggy backed on my first order by your Company. I am also not the only customer this has happened to according to previous reviews. I did send the item back. The Netherlands customs held it and got in touch with your Company who did nothing in spite of my sending an email that the goods were held by the customs and they were trying to get in touch with your Company which was replied by Kelvin saying it takes time to go through customs. I did get in touch with your customer Services again saying the item was being returned to me because they failed to reply to the customs and I was loosing £17.95 in postage and all your Advisor Kelvin who replied said was try to see if Royal Mail will resend it again. They would but it will mean me paying out again. I have now asked PAYPAL for help and will send all the emails to them as proof. My using the link you sent me is of no use. Have already been there. I am not the first person to have this happen to them ordering COREVALIN. Plenty of other reviews of the identical incident. Ordering one bottle and being sent several. If this is such a good product you do not need to scam people into buying your product. Also using Dr Hilary Jones wonder if he is aware that his face is being used to scam people.

I found it quite easy to order, lost one star because it kept on trying to add extra things, and I don't really have the money to be doing this in the first place. A truly hope this works.
