I ordered twice. Quality were always good. But price increased 2nd time. So I give it 4 stars

Customer service was outstanding. Julian went above and beyond the norm to expedite my order. I would have rated this experience Five Stars, but the Wagyu filets were not fully frozen (they were shipped from less than 100 miles away, and I paid for the upgraded wrap to keep them frozen), and the quality of the cut does not appear to be anywhere near the others I have purchased (in all fairness, the others were picture perfect—just like the photo in your ad).

I ordered and had to wait a few days but it was well worth it, I mainly only order online food since it’s a lot easier and I can see myself ordering again. I recommend!!

The pork was absolutely amazing shipping was great but the A5 wagyu filet mignon did not quite have the marbling I was expecting

The products are great but they are very expensive, so we only buy them as an occasional treat.

I was disappointed to find Canola Oil on the list of ingredients for the citrus marinated salmon. The vendor told me it was marinated in butter and herbs. I avoid all seed oils especially canola oil. I did not appreciate being misinformed by the vendor.
