Nordic Knots was founded on the Scandinavian tradition of functional design with a minimalist aesthetic. That's why we use only high-quality materials that put timeless Scandinavian design in focus, as well as ethical production practices, to create great rugs and curtains that last. It sounds simple, but we know it’s not easy to find rugs and curtains that look right, feel right, and are made right.

Love my rug. It’s so simple but had tremendous depth and movement. Excellent quality.

After a less than ideal experience, where an order was delayed, I was promptly contacted by the Head of Customer Satisfaction who was extremely gracious and took the steps to rectify the situation. Truly above and beyond and a testament to the value placed on customer satisfaction!

Update; The company has contacted me after leaving this review. They offered to exchange or discount the rug. I have updated my review from 3 to 4 stars. The rug is beautiful but the quality is not as expected. The edge of my rug started to fray after one week. I followed the vacuum instructions and still had the issue. I’ve reached out to the support email with no response. It’s very disappointing as I waited a while to get this rug due to the cost and expected better quality and customer service.

I loved the fact that I could get a custom size and the color choices. There was zero communication after I ordered on when the rug will be delivered. The delivery team was great. The rug was super heavy bc of the size. The color is great. After a month I must say that I am not happy with the quality for the steep price.
