The agent portal is the worst
The agent portal is the clunkiest, most unfriendly site I've visited in years. Can't get anything done on it. I always have to call in to get what I need.

We are in the final stages of testing our new agent portal which will allow agents to quote & bind accounts as well as access some of our other products with single sign-on, in addition to pulling policy documents and requesting endorsements.
