I've been able to locate the correspondence, and by nature of your company no longer being a Normandy client, we weren't able to assist with your request and had to refer you to the agent we believed had your business. Unfortunately, once the policy is not with us, we don't know who the retail agent is, so that may have caused additional confusion. Sorry we couldn't assist you!
