Hi Kathia - thanks for your response. Our turnaround time is 24 hours (accounts over $100k in premium may take more time for the risk evaluation) - if there's ever a time we don't respond within that timeframe, please reach out to your marketing rep and they'll assist!

The staff and products are first class
The staff and products are first class. They are a hard working efficient insurance company. I would highly recommend their workers comp ins coverages.
