I have established my LLC and obtained my EIN. It was smooth for me. They sent me the EIN in only three weeks. So I will rate this company 5 star.

Has not been a positive experience. They are slow to get back to you, and I'm not even sure I'm speaking with a real human, feels like a conversation I would be having with a computer bot. While they are very nice, however very ineffective. What I have learned is that anyone can be a registered agent. Find a friend and file yourself.

Hey Margo, You’re totally right that anyone can be listed as a Registered Agent, as long as they have a physical address in the state you're filing in, and are comfortable having that address listed publicly. We offer an extra layer of privacy as well as the secure handling of all the important state and legal notices. If you don't need someone else to handle that, more power to you! We would love to chat with you, but couldn’t find an account under your name. We only hire real humans here, no robots, so feel free to give us a call if you have questions about our service! Not to brag, but our team is pretty awesome, and we’d be happy to help!

Transferred the registered agent services for 20+ entities in multiple jurisdictions over to Northwest. Angel Williams was phenomenal. She input all of my entity data and got my entire account setup. Throughout the entire process she was extremely kind, helpful and courteous!

A very refreshing company to do business with. Living in the UK, I just see depression, disappointment, and hopelessness every day. It’s really nice to do business with a company with that all-round American passion, drive, talent & determination. Something the UK is seriously lacking. It’s a really exciting time at moving my business to the US & NWRA made the first step a reality. Here’s to all good things 💪

Lousy service. In my opinion, they don’t deserve to stay in this business! I started wanting to create an LLC with this company, which promises a complete package, from website provision to LLC formation. I quickly realized the service was very poor, so I didn’t continue with their services. Unfortunately, before leaving, I made the mistake of buying my domain name through Northwestregisteredagent. Updating the DNS is tedious because you practically have to open a support ticket for every update, as their DNS management program works very poorly. Since then, I’ve waited 60 days to urgently transfer my domain, but even for that, the support hasn’t responded to me for three days and is preventing me from receiving my Auth/EPP codes, which are essential for transferring my domain to a serious and professional company. Absolutely to be avoided.

Hey, we’re sorry to hear you didn’t have a great experience. Normally, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and we’re always looking for ways to improve our website services. ICANN does require a mandatory 60 day waiting period for a domain transfer, which can be frustrating. Ultimately, we’re glad we could resolve this for you. If you ever need help with anything else, we’re committed to taking care of our clients.
