The mattress is perfect for the price I've paid. The support service was good as I couldn't find the website stated in the leaflet that came with the mattress, and they gave me all the necessary instructions to keep my warranty of 10 years. I hope I do not regret my review.

Ich habe eine Novilla Matratze über Amazon gekauft, diese hat leider nicht den hohen Erwartungen entsprochen und wurde retourniert. Der Service ist unterirdisch schlecht. Die Matratze wurde am 07.01.2022 abgeholten und die Retoure wurde mir bestätigt. Ich warte seitdem auf meine Rückerstattung. Beim Service fühlt sich niemand dafür zuständig und das Interesse des Kunden bleibt auf der Strecke. Das die Qualität oder die Erwartungen der Ware nicht passen kommt vor und passiert regelmäßig, der schlechte Kundenservice ist aber unerklärlich. Seit Wochen erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. I had a small issue with the ends of my Novilla mattress not completely inflating after a few weeks and had reached out to the company. I had the pleasure of speaking with Aring, who was absolutely wonderful. Even though I had purchased my mattress through amazon, they had helped me tremendously and had let me know if Amazon was unable to help, that I could reach back out to them for further assistance. Luckily, Amazon was wonderful and was able to meet my needs, but I highly reccommend Novilla. The mattress is so comfy and the customer service is nothing short of amazing. Thank you again!

Great mattress! We got a king mattress and it is very comfortable and good to sleep on. Make sure to follow the instruction and let it air out. The edges took a bit longer to pop out. Also let’s not forget the 5/5 star Novilla costumer service. They reply fast and wiling to help and go the extra mile for their costumer. Also, the packaging on this, very nice and clean and even included a tool to cut the plastic! We now use it daily for opening mail. Thank you!

This is the worst company I have ever seen. They will not call me back , been leaving msgs but no call. I have a problem with my mattress. I beginning to believe this company is a rip off, asking for a call back , is that to much or is that the way you treat customers, if so you will be bankrupt in no time. 606 748-6064. I haven’t purchased my mattress yet but I inquired about the materials their mattresses are made of, specifically fiberglass. I was happy to find out they removed it after finding out it can be harmful. I look forward to purchasing a mattress tomorrow. Thank you to Aring for going above and beyond with the information provided in the customer service response and for getting back to me so quickly.
