The company had good prices compared to other sellers and once I was installing the product I found a piece that was broken. I contacted the company and without delay hassle interrogation or any other unpleasant Q&A or attitude they simply replaced the part that was broken. Customer service was clean and simple and pleasant no hassles no bother and I would definitely purchase from them in the future.

Ordered a bath sink faucet that was posted as "New". Received the shipment in a timely manner. Faucet was missing a part for the drain. Couldn't install it. Had to to go to HD and purchase a replacement part. Not happy about it. Suggest NTE do a better job checking their products before selling.

I received a damaged product. I have no outlet to reach out to these folks besides a phone number that is never answered. Just received a box fan with parts missing and damaged parts.

I ordered the Refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 inch and it looked like brand new in a box. I was pleased with the quick delivery and it was in my price range. So far so good. I would buy again.

Purchased a faucet that was discontinued and no longer sold at Home Depot but had to match it to existing sets I had already installed. Fast shipping and great price.

Is it new product? I know your price is low, but I thought it is new. But, there is no Box and no earphone. There is only cell phone and charger. I'm considering refund.
