Recently, I had the misfortune of clicking the link on a story that showed up in my Microsoft Edge feed. I'm pretty careful not to click on anything suspect, but this was a news story that interested me. The second I clicked on it, I was immediately bombarded with dozens, maybe even HUNDREDS of popups, telling me that my computer was infected, that my anti-virus was of no help. I had a few files open, and I was hesitant to do anything - I didn't want to lose what I had done prior to the infection, but I also didn't want that shared with whoever was behind the attack. I reached out to Shelley and Ken Avant at NTi Computers. Shelley was able to remotely connect to my system, and stop the barrage of popup messages. All of this was done within about 10 to 15 minutes. I have been having another issue with my wifi printer - sometimes it will print, and suddenly it "loses connection" with my computer. Ken was able to see that my network had a "sub network" that the printer was automatically connecting to, because of a range extender I had added to my network. He guided me very confidently over the phone on how to resolve this issue. From a price standpoint, they are extremely fair and affordable. I have known Shelley and Ken personally for 40 years, and it never really occurred to me that they were in the computer repair business, as I had not needed that service. But they are the same honest, friendly people I remembered, and I have another situation they are going to help me with. They're located in John's Creek, GA, but honestly, I don't think that would matter - what they've done for me remotely has been so helpful. They also can service your components physically if you're close and can drop them off. Ken and Shelley are simply the BEST! They never make me feel like my computer question is dumb, although it sometimes is.... they can remotely access your computer or they are conveniently located to easily drop off for larger issues. I have recommended them to all my Real Estate friends and will continue to do so.

NTI are the number one people to help you when in a jam or just need maintenance. They helped me move from Microsoft 10 to 11 and removed over 60 viruses hiding out in my computer and causing trouble. I didn't know better. They fix, they educate, and they laugh with you over humorous situations. I highly recommend them to anyone.
