I purchased to help prevent viral illness at the beginning of coronavirus outbreak. I'm in frequent contact with people at work and wanted to keep my immunity strong. So far I have not been sick. It's hard to tell because I don't get sick frequently anyway but hoping the liposomal aspect means more is absorbed.

I love that it is a lipossomal vit c vegan, which I think is hard to find! Even if you are not vegan, is good to know that their capsules are 100% made from plants! It is super easy to take!
