Keeps drinks warm but battery dies quickly. Shipping was delayed

I was a big fan of Nuwave because I had their 8qt air fryer. One day I dropped the door handle and it broke! Sadface. I was really happy to see they sold basket replacements on their website. I tried it on my machine and it did not work. They responded to me and basically said too bad, I need a new unit. They allowed me to return the basket, but I'd have to cover shipping. They also offering a very small discount for a new unit. I was upset about this and decided to move forward with another brand. When they finally gave me a refund, they also would not pay for the original shipping for the basket. Long story short, it ended up costing me $9 in total to return something that did not work. I left a similar review on their website which they have not published. I will never support this brand again.

I have been having lasting for a year with Sarah and always have a great experience in terms of customer service and quality of treatment. Also have a crystal clear facial with esmerelda and pores are looking so clean!!!
