I had not ordered from them before and had a few questions about the item I was interested in. They answered my question promptly and completely so I felt comfortable with this company. They provided status updates and my order arrived about a week later. No problems and the item was exactly as they described. Good transaction and I would not hesitate to do business again. Found them to have stock when other retailers do not have the same item. Often their prices are very competitive. NVN have multiple warehouse. This helps with ordering & knowing the items will be delivered.

They provided me a RMA for an order, but claimed the return was damaged yet the pictures they sent showed the product undamaged and they would not allow UPS to come inspect the product to where I could make a claim on the shipment (I insured the return). I've been asking them to send me the item back since and they won't return my voicemails (nobody answers) and won't response to my emails, either. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

Let's share the truth, first of all we shipped the ordered product and provide return authorization, so it means we are not scammer first of all. There was installation scratches and damages on the product, we shared the pictures about it, we couldn't sell this product anymore. Rather than getting product back, you decided to go chargeback your payment, we provide proofs to the bank and won the case. Why do we need to hold your damaged product in our warehouse more than 2 months? You could look a solution with us but you gone to your bank and tried to scam us with chargeback case, please go to create lawsuit case, we would be happy to response legally and let you paid all legal expenses.

I placed an order in June for two items, one was shipped immediately. I waited for 2 months for the other item to ship and finally contacted the company as I was never given an ETA and their website showed the product in stock. They said they canceled my order, never notified me, and even though they cancelled the order they did not refund me until asked. I suspect they make a lot of money by quietly canceling orders and hoping customers forget to demand refunds.

i have been trying to contact someone about warranty on my dual pro sentinel 10 charger/maintainer. all i need is a new power adaptor. can someone get the ball rolling. i need this maintainer working to keep our batteries charged up.

I ordered two hatch spring lifts based on the description and picture provided on the site. Although I did receive the correct part number, based on the sticker on the item, it was not what was described or pictured on the site. I emailed the "business" and explained. I received a reply giving me permission to return the items. I then ask... since this is a result of of your site not describing ot picturing the correct item are you going to pay shipping? No reply. I emailed almost a week later simply asking for a reply. "They" (I think now this is someone sitting in their, maybe their parent's basement) then asked for pictures which I sent immediately. Then "they" said... nope, we sent the correct item. The item has now been listed as sold out and the picture and description removed. This was all over$30 which included shipping both ways. I really hate to think of how this would have played out if it was something expensive. Oh yea, why two stars and not one. Now, I'm surprised I received an item.

We provided you a full refund including shipping cost without getting the return to make you satisfied and you made this review about us, what to say, have a great life. -------------------------------------- So here is the deal. You have squabble over $30. At this point I wouldn't send them back for fear of you keeping the items and never even refunding $11. But I promise, and thankfully I've never had to do this, I will contribute to the NVN Marine scam review. I would really hate to see how you would act if I'd bought an expensive part. ------------------------------------- I do thank you for the refund but... you are correct, you sent an item with a sticker that matches it part number. I am not familiar with items based on a pert number so I have to rely on the description and picture. The description said eyelets. The picture was eyelets. The item you sent was ball socket. The part number is not in dispute but the description, which is what I had to trust, was. The money is not my worry. It was the principal.

I ordered a Garmin XD24 heading sensor. I received. I got RMA and returned within time. ( I also purchased a Steady Cast & received). After 12 attempts to call (no answer), email 6 times, still no respose or refund on my $250 purchase. Scam? Ronnie Lee 575 390 6337 I have found no emails or texts or phone calls from NVN Marine re my returned goods.

How it could be scam? We shipped the product, you requested a return and we provided it, according to your emails and this review you returned. Check your emails please, we request tracking number for the return many times.
