I need to return this machine. It has an odor. It is a dusty/musty/chemical type odor. Difficult to describe but obnoxious. Is this machine a refurbished? Not new? Also, yesterday, sitting in my chair, inactive, my saturation went down to 66 with no explanation. I checked the machine and it was set at 6 where I had originally set it. That was scary. So, I need to know the return procedure.

I have to return the unit; their fees have taken off over $200.00 off my refund. Also, I have to pay the return postage to China. That is going to cost quite a bit. They have been postponing getting me the RMA and without that I can't return the unit and receive a refund. They are not upfront with their practices. I am very upset.
